To maintain a safe, clean, and respectful training environment, all users must adhere to the following policies. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or loss of rental privileges.
Only dogs actively training are allowed on the field. No free play or off-leash socializing.
No off-leash play sessions. This is a working agility field, not a dog park.
Handlers are fully responsible for the safety of themselves and their dogs during their rental.
4 Pillars Dog Training is not liable for any injury, accident, or damage that occurs on the property.
No harsh treatment of animals will be tolerated. Any such behavior will result in immediate dismissal and a potential ban from future use.
Potty your dog outside the fenced arena before training — use the designated tree area.
If your dog potties inside the arena:
You must clean it up immediately.
Repeat offenders will be charged a $5 cleanup fee for each additional incident.
No crumbly treats on the grass (e.g., biscuits, cheese puffs, kibble crumbs) — use soft, easily consumed treats only.
Please help us keep the field in good condition:
Stay out of worn-down or recovering areas
No cleats or spiked shoes allowed
You may move any equipment, but all items must be returned to their original locations before your time ends.
If any equipment is broken or damaged, please notify us immediately so it can be repaired.
Ring rentals are strictly for dogs who are familiar with agility equipment. This is not a “try it” opportunity for new dogs.
Anyone seen pushing, pulling, or forcing dogs over equipment, or otherwise handling dogs in an unsafe manner, will be:
Charged a private lesson fee
Dismissed immediately based on the severity of the incident
Potentially banned from future use
Payment is due before or at the time of your rental.
You can pay using:
Cash — drop in the box located at the ring
