Keep your dog’s nails healthy and comfortable with quick, stress-free trims.
Pricing:
• Basic Trim – $15
• Basic Dremel - $20
Why Dremel? A dremel smooths the nail, reducing sharp edges and snags. It allows for more control and precision, which allows more nail to be taken off around the quick. Regular dremeling can also help the quick recede over time, allowing for shorter, healthier nails.
• Nail Trim + Dremel Package – $25
Includes the following add-ons:
Paw Balm Application – Soothes and protects dry or cracked pads
Light Foot Trim – Tidy-up around paw pads and toes
Gland Check – External check to monitor any buildup or irritation
Dog-Safe Cologne – A light, fresh scent so your pup smells as good as they feel

At 4 Pillars Dog Training, your dog’s safety and comfort come first. Nail trims are done using calm handling, positive reinforcement, and clear boundaries to ensure a stress-free experience. A grooming table is used for safety and consistency.
Dogs are typically brought to the grooming area alone, as most do better without their owner present. If I need assistance or if your dog seems especially uncomfortable, I’ll come get you right away.
Dogs must be reasonably comfortable being handled.
All trims and dremels are by appointment only.
Please notify me of any allergies your pup may have, as we do give food during these appointments.
Dogs may be muzzled if they show signs of discomfort, stress, or reactivity. This is for the safety of both the dog and handler and will be done with care and compassion.
If at any point your dog poses a safety risk to themselves or the handler, the service may be stopped. Partial trims may still be billed based on time and handling needs.
If your dog has known sensitivities, a bite history, or medical concerns, please disclose this before your appointment so we can prepare accordingly. The more I know, the better!
Some dogs may not tolerate the vibration or sound of a dremel. If that’s the case, we will switch to a regular nail trim, or reschedule with a plan to build tolerance.
We will never force a procedure your dog is not ready for — we believe in building trust, not just completing a task.
All tools are disinfected between dogs.
You are welcome to bring your dog’s favorite treats or their own muzzle if they are more comfortable with it.
If your dog struggles with nail trims, we’re happy to build a desensitization plan to help them become more confident and cooperative over time.
